Wiring color code for trailer connections

I have an American Jeep and I need the color code or the wiring diagram fom the jeep to the trailer wires. The colors that is on the connector is Grun, braun, rot, weis, gelb, swartz, blau, grau . I know that others have this also....
PLEASE HELP. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

der Spruch kommt mir sehr bekannt vor :D
kommst Du vielleicht auch aus dem Verein wo der Minuspol immer blau gekennzeichnet ist? (ansonsten ist er ja immer schwarz)
